Myles Chefetz bought the apex unit at the luxurious boutique for $3 million. With Jason Halpern’s JMH partnering with nonprofit charity: water, $20,000 of the sale will be donated to charities Relief Society of Tigray in Ethiopia and Splash in Nepal, probably the best amenity South Beach has to offer.
“Myles is a pioneer of South of Fifth,” said Dina Goldentayer, Director of Sales for Three Hundred Collins. “He was there before it was South of Fifth. To have him believe in Jason’s vision and become a part of Three Hundred Collins is the ultimate compliment. Our sales team is truly honored and knows he will be equally pleased when his Townhouse is delivered.”
Some highlights of Myles’ unit:
· Three-level residence.
· 2,397 square feet indoors and 2,932 square feet outdoors.
· Private entry with two parking spaces.
· The most spacious yard in the building. The landscaped garden is elevated 13 feet off of the ground and boasts an elegant Summer Kitchen.
The deal was brokered by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. The residence is expected to begin construction this February and is scheduled to be completed in 2017.
